Official Terms of Service & User Agreement

⚠️ LEGAL CONTRACT NOTICE: By accessing or using Katariya Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

1. Marketplace Platform Intermediary Status

Katariya Hub operates as a technology-enabled multi-vendor marketplace. Products and services are offered by independent sellers, while Katariya Hub provides the platform infrastructure and related marketplace services.

2. User Account Eligibility & Security

By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to form a binding contract. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities carried out through their account. Katariya Hub cannot be held liable for any data breaches resulting from compromised user access keys.

3. 0% Commission & Merchant Subscription Fees

Our core platform infrastructure functions on a 100% Zero-Commission, subscription-based architecture. Registered independent Store Owners pay a flat, transparent membership fee to activate product listing thresholds and storefront access. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after activation unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly permitted under platform policy.

4. Catalog Listings & Product Authenticity

Store Owners bear absolute statutory liability for ensuring that all catalog entries, digital titles, images, and prices are authentic, non-misleading, and strictly original. Listing counterfeit goods, copied software cracks, duplicate titles, or infringing on third-party trademarks will result in immediate shop deactivation and legal escalations.

5. Shipping, Logistics & Delivery Execution

Shipping and delivery are managed by independent sellers. Katariya Hub may facilitate communication and order tracking where applicable but does not physically handle products.

6. Remote Consultancies & Virtual Assets Delivery

Virtual digital files and specialized remote consultancies (such as live Astrology consultations or IT support sessions) are delivered directly by independent service experts via secure interface links or user email dashboards. Digital products and completed professional services may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless required by applicable law or the seller’s stated policy.

7. Prohibited Off-Site Traffic Poaching

To preserve transaction security, Store Owners are strictly prohibited from adding private contact numbers, personal WhatsApp links, or off-site payment bypass buttons inside product fields or images. Any attempt to divert platform consumer traffic to off-site transaction networks will result in an instant, permanent shop deletion without a refund.

8. Secure Gateway Processing & Encrypted Scanners

All buyer transactions are processed using high-security encrypted checkout gateways and secure UPI scanner modules. Katariya Hub does not store or process raw bank numbers on local database servers. Users hold full personal accountability for validating transaction prices before completing encrypted bank transfers.

9. Marketplace Vendor Payout Clearance Cycles

Merchant transaction balances are held securely by the platform. Eligible and undisputed vendor earnings are processed according to the seller payout schedule configured by the platform and transferred to the seller’s registered bank account after the required verification and KYC validation. No platform commission is deducted where a zero-commission subscription plan applies. Standard payment gateway or banking charges, if any, may still apply.

10. GST, Local Taxes & Invoicing Compliances

The independent Store Owner assumes 100% legal and statutory liability for the calculation, layout, collection, and filing of GST or local entry taxes on all orders generated via their custom storefront. Katariya Hub functions exclusively as a technology facilitator and does not issue legal tax invoices on behalf of independent merchants.

11. Platform Architecture & Intellectual Property Protection

All layout features, custom HTML structures, branding markers, graphics, CSS presets, and proprietary platform architectures (including our upcoming secure encrypted segment under KH Play parameters) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Katariya Hub. Unauthorized scripting injections, scraping bots, or reverse-engineering attempts are strictly prohibited, Except where permitted by applicable law.

12. Voluntary Account Termination & Plan Forfeiture

Katariya Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies, applicable laws or marketplace standards. In the event of account termination due to policy violations, any active subscription plan fee stands completely forfeited.

13. System Outages, Cloud Maintenance & Force Majeure

Katariya Hub shall not be held liable for temporary system outages, payment gateway lags, database connectivity breaks, or server maintenance drops caused by cloud infrastructure updates, internet network blackouts, or events beyond our control (Force Majeure). We operate on a standard commercially reasonable uptime framework.

14. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and user contract policies are governed and interpreted strictly under the national legal frameworks and IT acts of India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined under applicable law.

15. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the operation of the marketplace.

16. Changes to Terms

Katariya Hub may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Compliance Grievance Officer Contact Channel

Pursuant to statutory updates under rule parameters for marketplace facilitators, any formal grievances regarding merchant account setup discrepancies, platform usage breaches, or intellectual property complaints must be officially routed to our Nodal Redressal Cell via email at: info@katariyahub.com
