Create your listing step by step
1. Sign in to your seller account
Open your seller dashboard. Go to Products and choose Add New Product. The exact button names may vary slightly on your dashboard.
2. Choose the right category
Pick the closest product category and subcategory, such as Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Sarees, Jewellery, Kids & Baby, Beauty or Home & Kitchen.
3. Write a clear product title
Keep the title short and specific. Include the product type, important style or material, and who it is for when useful. Example: Printed Cotton Saree with Blouse Piece.
4. Add clear, genuine photos
Use well-lit photos of the actual item. Add a few angles or close-ups when helpful. Make sure edits, filters or mockups do not give customers the wrong impression.
5. Enter the price and availability
Add your current price and available quantity. Update the listing when the item sells out or the price changes. If the price needs confirmation, say so clearly in the description.
6. Add useful product details
Mention relevant details such as size, colour, material, fit, condition, care instructions or what is included. Use simple language and answer the questions a customer may have.
7. Add your shop’s contact details
Enter a working phone or WhatsApp number in the seller profile or contact field provided by the website. Customers can use the contact option on your listing to reach your shop directly.
8. Review and submit your product
Check the title, category, photos, price and stock details. Choose Save or Submit for Review in your dashboard. The listing may stay pending until it is reviewed and approved.
Make your product easy to trust
Be honest about condition
You can list older or slow-moving stock if it is genuine and lawful to sell. Clearly describe used, damaged, altered, open-box or imperfect items and show relevant issues in the photos.
Use your own listing content
Use product names, descriptions, logos and photos you own or have permission to use. Do not post counterfeit items, false claims or products prohibited by applicable law.
Keep the price and stock updated
Remove or update a product when it is sold, unavailable or no longer offered. This helps avoid enquiries about products you cannot supply.
Confirm order details directly
When a customer contacts you, confirm the item, final price, payment arrangement, delivery or pickup, and expected timing directly with them before accepting the order.
