1. About Katariya Hub

Katariya Hub is an online marketplace where independent sellers can showcase products and customers can discover shops and contact sellers. Sellers are responsible for the products and information they provide. Katariya Hub operates the website and may review listings and platform complaints.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Free Seller Registration and Product Listings

Seller registration and product listings are currently free. Katariya Hub currently charges no seller subscription fee and takes no sales commission. Any future paid service or fee will be explained separately before it is offered.

4. Seller Registration and Listing Approval

Sellers must provide accurate shop and contact details. Product listings may be reviewed before appearing publicly. Katariya Hub may ask a seller to correct a listing, or may decline or remove a listing that is incomplete, misleading, unlawful or inconsistent with these Terms. Approval does not guarantee sales or customer enquiries.

5. Product Information and Stock

Sellers must keep product titles, descriptions, photos, prices and availability accurate and up to date. Older or slow-moving stock may be listed if it is lawful to sell and its condition is described honestly. Sellers must disclose relevant defects, expiry dates, missing parts or other limitations.

6. Genuine Products and Prohibited Items

Sellers may list only products they are legally allowed to sell. Counterfeit, stolen, prohibited or misleading products are not allowed. Sellers must have permission to use the product photos, logos, brand names and other content they upload, and must provide information required by applicable law.

7. Contacting Sellers and Orders

Customers may contact sellers directly through the contact details shown on a listing, including WhatsApp where available. Before agreeing to an order, the customer and seller should confirm availability, final price, payment method, delivery or pickup, and expected timing. Katariya Hub currently does not collect payment for orders arranged directly between customers and sellers.

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the products they offer and the information they provide. Sellers must communicate clearly about availability, product condition, price, packing and delivery, and must honour the terms they agree with a customer and comply with applicable laws.

9. Payment, Delivery, Returns and Refunds

For orders arranged directly with a seller, the customer and seller agree on payment and delivery directly. Sellers should explain applicable cancellation, return and refund terms before accepting an order and comply with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Taxes and Legal Requirements

Sellers are responsible for the tax, invoicing, product labelling and other legal requirements that apply to their business and products. Katariya Hub does not provide tax or legal advice. This section does not remove any legal responsibility Katariya Hub may have as a marketplace platform.

11. Customer Information

Sellers must use customer information shared with them only to respond to an enquiry or handle an order. Do not misuse, publish, sell or share another person's personal information for unrelated marketing or an unlawful purpose.

12. Intellectual Property

The Katariya Hub name, logo and original website content may not be copied or used without permission, except where permitted by law. Sellers are responsible for having the rights to the content they upload. If you believe material on the website infringes your rights, contact us with relevant details.

13. Acceptable Use

You must not use Katariya Hub to:

• post false, fraudulent or misleading information;
• list unlawful, counterfeit or prohibited products;
• harass, threaten or defraud another user;
• attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the website; or
• infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

14. Complaints and Support

Contact us about account, listing or website issues through the Support page or at info@katariyahub.com. For a product enquiry or order arranged directly with a seller, contact the seller first. Katariya Hub may review platform-related complaints and assist communication where appropriate.

15. Listing Removal and Account Restrictions

Katariya Hub may review, hide, decline or remove listings that breach these Terms or applicable law. Accounts may be restricted or suspended for serious or repeated breaches, suspected fraud, legal requirements or risks to users or the platform. Where appropriate, we may first ask for clarification or correction.

16. Website Availability and Changes

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control. We may update website features or these Terms. The latest Terms will be published on this page.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by a court or authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.

18. Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit a consumer or other legal right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
